What's helpful to include
- Which page you were on (the URL)
- The file format you were trying to convert
- Your browser and operating system
- Any error message that showed up
- Your console output (Cmd-Option-J on Mac, F12 on Windows) if you're comfortable copying it
Please don't send the file you were trying to convert. We can almost always reproduce the issue from a fresh file in the same format.
